Taquitos 1 Lb. ground chuck or sirloin 1 Cup chunky salsa (mild or medium) 1 Cup Shredded Med. or sharp cheddar cheese sour cream or guacamole 6-8 flour tortillas (may use corn if you like) Brown meat, drain if necessary - stir in
salsa cook until liquid is absorbed. Place in
tortillas and enjoy with the garnishes of your choice. Bake until filling is hot and tortillas are slightly crisp/golden cut in half to serve with the garnish.
